I believe in putting South Carolinians first. We have a beautiful
state and have much to offer so it is no secret that South
Carolina continues to grow population wise and economically.
Growth is great, but only if it is accomplished responsibly. We
can’t put the financial burden on our current South Carolinians
to pay for the necessary improvements and extra stress on our
infrastructure that growth brings along with it. Our State

Government has a duty to make sure our growth is
accomplished in a sustainable way. As your Senator, I will work
with Commerce leaders and local governments to make sure a
plan is in place to foster growth in a responsible way that will
help our current citizens thrive without any added financial
strain.
